Nice carbine, Mathster. Sometimes I miss my AR-15. ....and my AK47 ....and my sks. ....and my Dragonov. ah dammit, I miss all my guns of past and present. I just wanna go home and hold my guns.

I debated between an AR and AK and after shooting both, I was set on the AR.
the AK was uncomfortable. to be able to see the sights, I had to mount the rifle so high on my shoulder, the bottom of the stock was against my collar bone.
I think next year or so, I will get an XD. I dont know if I want the 4" in .45 or the subcompact in 9mm.

I debated on getting an XD with my tax money. They are nice for sure..

It was a competition between: Glock 17, 19, 21 , the XD 45, and Walther P99. All of which fine pieces, but as you can see - the Walther won. lol

I'm also getting a 5/6 shot 38/357mag 2-3" snubby and another 45-70(to be reamed out to 45-120) this year.

I haven't been a fan of the glock since the "new plastic gun" excitment died.
The glock seems to point tooo much like a revolver.
