I work at a community college, and we need to replace a very old projector. The problem, however, is that there is asbestos in the ceiling so we can't mount it from above like we do in every other classroom.
So what we do, is we have, as previously stated, a very old long throw projector we took out of the auditorium years ago and put it on the shelf in the back of the room. What we need is something that can
project a 7' image from about 20' away. The only projectors I've been able to find that can do that are about $4,000. Seeing as it's a community college, they don't want to spend that much on one classroom, especially considering it isn't used all that much. I'd like to know if any of you have any ideas. I think they would prefer to stay with an epson, since that's what all of our other projectors are. Anyway, any help is much appreciated. Thanks.
