    No kidding, Dustin.

    I've never had an intrusion into Gmail, but after my Hotmail account was
    hacked, a fit of paranoia came over me, and I was changing passwords for
    days. You would think that someone bright enough to do this sort of thing
    would be able to get a real job.

    You haven't done all you can do to reduce your problem.

    Google isn't your problem, but the crappy software you use is. (Windows
    OS, Xnews)

    Get rid of it. That is being serious.

    Windows wasn't responsible for the breach. The OS/usenet client had nothing
    to do with it, from my pov or googles.

    I have found that if you have contacts enabled via the webmail interface and
    you send an email via smtp, it'll be added to your contact list. I've also
    found that google can't blame me for the security breach as under account
    details, the china login method is listed as "Unknown" not web, not pop3. Ho
    Ho Ho.
