    explained)....

    You do NOT install such software on a server. It has a important role to play in an AD
    Domain. However, if a Server Platform is used at home it is NOT in that role, per se, and
    one can do whatever one chooses simply because it doesn't have the affect on a large
    population of OU users.

    different than that of a what you call a home server. Everything explained to you is

    I run Klamav on my LAMP (and other applications) server here. Basically,
    just for the hell of it, but generally in case someone running Windoze
    connects to it..
