Not according to the files that I ordered from your court system. It
says here that Emmett sent a few notes but that he was NOT in a tree.
the girl you are referring to never stated to the cops that he was in
a tree.

It also states here that Emmett was busted in a park, not her house.
The statement she gives is that she was in the park WITH Emmett.

Sounds to me like a setup.

WRONG!!! You claimed he sent notes even before he responded and you
also said he sexually harassed her but the actual charges say
otherwise.

He hasn't been convicted of a sexual crime, so therefore you are 100%
wrong.

and BTW, I also have her Facebook response to Mr. Thompson and she
never mentioned sexual harassment. In fact, she made most of that ****
up because the police report doesn't have anything mentioned about
sexual harassment.

If you want a copy, get it yourself because the clek who sent me the
paperwork also sent a certified copy of a letter stating the case is
not sealed. Stalking cases are not sealed in the state of florida just
because a victim is a minor. His other case isn't sealed either.

I also laugh at your claim since she was also extradited to
Pennsylvania. According to a friend of her's, she was arrested on a
warrant of child abuse because she tried to hurt her own mother
because her mother tried to take the kids away.
