Should have said it was just a definition update, not a version update.

Would some update info help ?
14670 total items in the database.
33 New IE CLSID's
No new IE Restricted Sites.
None for Moz.

Well, I never know how to find that easily.
Thanks,
Buffalo
PS: Where do you look? I use the free version.

You need to make a note of the new information before
you enable it. I'd upload some screenshots but this is a
non binary NG. Sorry.

Got it.

You're welcome.
To "capture" what is new once an update has been downloaded.
Do *not* enable all protection, instead - preview via the Protection
Status in the right pane - this will give you the total database number,
the total number of new BHO's and CLSID's - for IE and IE restricted
sites + what Moz protection is offered if any.
From this information, I am able to announce the new database updates.

Silj

Well, you *could* put screenshots up on a photo file hosting
site and post the links and explanatory stuff here.

Or upload to a binary group such as; comp.binaries and alt.binaries.comp.virus and
point to them.

Good suggestion but with a freeware image hosting site "like" imageshack
your bandwidth goes south real quick doing that.
I will keep that in mind for future posts of that nature.
@Dave - no, I will not sub to a binary NG - no interest.
