I downloaded a freebie sandbox program. It seemed to disallow my
browser from downloading to any folder other than the designated one.
But when I tried placing other programs which download from the Web
inside the sandbox, the downloads were allowed to be saved to any
folder, not just the designated folder specified by the sandbox.

I thought other programs besides the browser could be sandboxed?
