How do you know the site isn't run by 'bad guys', ****?

And there you go, recommending it to your friend.

A fine demonstration of one stupid ****er, trying to enlighter another
stupid ****er by using a website domain registered by yet another
stupid ****er. A BBS isn't typically accessed via HTTP; although it
some rare cases it could be. a BBS displays ANSI/ASCII/RIPSCRIPT
graphics systems, requiring usually, a telnet client.

A BBS has a message forum, more developed than the childish html ****
you still see on "web forum" (which is what that is actually) software.
ANSI was the ****, in many cases, still ****in is. HTML 5 looks
promising, depending how it's implemented by the forum software
    authors.

Possibly a file area, typically you'd wanna use zmodem protocol; BBS
users know why, stupid ****s like these three above, wouldn't even know
    what zmodem is.

a BBS is typically a resource (time clock slice) hog, special pifs have
to be setup if she's DOS style, Depends on the windows style. The linux
ports are different entirely from the SysOp panel, but the end user
wouldn't know the difference, it doesn't matter from that aspect what
    the host OS is.

    a BBS isn't served via apache. [g]

a BBS usually has door games, some are in networked leagues; you can
compete with users on other boards. *ALL* of this predates what any of
those three ****ing morons above calls "the internet." (basically, for
    them, the web.)

Thanks for allowing me to enlighten you. Now, if you'd like to see what
a *real BBS* looks like, go here:

    telnet://tbb.slyip.com

It's highly recommended to have a decent ANSI client for the full
experience. Feel free to compare what you see there, to the joke those
three ****ing idiots above call a "BBS". I don't see fidonet on
"windowsbbs.com". Nor do I see the league games... Usurper anyone?

    You're a ****ing Joke BD.
