    Yes I did. Didn't help a bit.

Even with Avira Guard disabled, it would pick up on that file. I added it to
the 'Processes' Exception in Guard and it still would pick it up.
I then added it to the 'Objects' Exception in Guard and now it ignores it.
Didn't realize it had to be put in the Objects part of the Exception in
    Guard.
I already had it listed in the Exceptions in the Scanner part.

How exactly do you add it to the objects part? Add SUPERAntispyware.exe?
It seemed to me that it asked for *.exe, but of course that's not what
    you'd want to do.

I had to add the whole path to the Exceptions in Guard in Objects and
Processes to make it ignore it.
When I only add it to the Processes part, it would keep finding it. Now it
    ignores it.
    Buffalo
PS: I also added the whole path (of Superantispyware.exe) to the exception
    in Scanner.

In Configuration and under guard, scan, Exceptions, you get two different
    boxes to add exceptions to.
One is "Processes to be omitted by Guard" and the other is "File Objects to
    be omitted by the Guard".
I just used the button to the left of the Add button and found the file
(C:\ProgramFiles\SuperAntiSpyware\SuperAntiSpyware .exe) and clicked the Add
button and then the Apply button on the bottom right.

Well, I can't find any version later than 5.0.1116 on their website. Where

Email file(s) in ZIP or upload to; http://www.uploadmalware.com/

If you upload it to UploadMalware, put my name in the comments as well as the False
    Positive declaration by Avira.
