    Windows help!

When i go to my security panel (or try to) it says that I'm missing wscui.cpl.

I know that it's something that runs with the Control Panel, but I can't turn on or disable my Windows firewall or anything.

I've tried Windows Repair Command Prompt, Extracting the newest version of THAT file to my system32/ folder in my WINDOWS dir and other numerous things.

    Nothing's fixed.

It's just a minor error to me, but major error in the future, I'm sure. Please help?

That's a Control Panel shortcut for Windows Security Center User Interface; if it's missing, It's possible you may have to do a repair on the OS to get it back assuming that there are no other problems such as a virus infection.
