Question on display of items in IE7

At my ISP, there is a capability to display a photo of my choosing. I have selected the photo, but when I go to display it, only the "icon" of a small box with a red square, green circle, and blue triangle appear.

How can I resolve this so that the photo will appear?

I would contact your ISP's Tech support first and eliminate any problems with their service.
