Does anyone really believe this ******* ever had thousands of dollars
to pay for anything.

Does anyone believe his silly story about the woman running someone
over due to negligent driving and didn't spend an hour in a cell?

The only part of this post that's believable is that he is a druggie
and he probably did get caught and convicted. Who knows how many
times.

In the USA it is. Fines, possible jailtime. Sadly, I've had the
pleasure of encountering the police atleast once over it.. Several
thousand dollars later and a year of probation. What really pisses me
off tho, is an individual who ran a red light (she was talking on her
cell and not paying attention) kills somebody; gets a very small fine
compared to mine, and doesn't spend one single day in jail. I spent 12
hours myself, and I didn't kill anybody.
