Why does Nissan build cars in Sunderland when they're Japan based?

    Ah! The penny dropped eh?!!

For a financial advantage. Cheaper labour and no shipping costs.

Now explain why a US company finds it advantageous to bill its customers
from Germany. That should be easy for you.

Don't know, don't care, ****. It isn't worth the brain cycles to waste
    any thought on it.

Always there, always will be there, ****. There's a difference between
thirst for knowledge and being nosey about things that are none of my
    concern.

    Too late, ****.

Nosey has nothing to do with this question!

I bought SP2 and SP3 for Windows XP from Microsoft itself. The billing
for them *also* came from Germany.

    Why so?
