No I'm not getting pop-ups anymore, thanks. But I still do get an error message when my computer starts, something about fiobxsax.dll.
Edit: I attached screenshots of the two errors I get.

Do a file search for this file in C:\Windows\System32 and see if you can locate it.
It found nothing
Do the file search again but this time do this first;
Click Start.
Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab.
Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm.
Click OK.
Now, look again and see if it happens to be there.
Ok, sorry about that I forgot to uncheck the protected operating system files part. Yes it does find this DLL in the system32 folder.
Delete it.
Okay I deleted it, but I get a new error about it missing, something about a module. If you need a screenshot I can restart and get a picture.
Reboot. Then see what happens. Yes, a screenshot would be good. We need exact wording of any and all errors in order to know what we are dealing with.
Yeah, it comes up everytime I start up the computer now. Picture is attached
Open HiJackThis.
Click Misc Tools Section.
Give us a StartUp List Log.
