frozen for days

well everythings freezin up, IE, my puter, just friggin everything. been 8 days tryin to get all the downl0ads I need to do a clean, frustrated, and I give up, here's my log...............HELP!! please

All I see is that your java is not up to date.Judy will be able to shed a bit more light on your log.Have you followed read me before posting sticky?If not then follow the steps in there and post the required logs for the higher ups to examine.Also please include your systems resources,to rule out any problems that too many start up programs or limited hard-drive space may be causing.

We do need the info that Phoenix has requested...hard drive size, how much RAM do you have installed.
I, like Phoenix, don't see much in your log in the way of malware at the moment but one thing, besides the needed java update, is this program;
C:\Program Files\SinEspias\no-spy.exe
The only information I can find about this program is in Spanish.
Since you appear to be posting from Nova Scotia I am wondering, did you install this program? I have never heard of it and while it may be a perfectly legitimate program I am a bit leery of something I have never heard about.
Please Uninstall it.
Have you run a general clean up of the computer? Emptying of Temp files, Disk Defrag, have you rebooted lately or does the computer remain on all the time? You are running Internet Explorer 7, did these problems begin before or after your update to IE7?
You have a lot of programs running which are unnecessary;
Quicktime, Viewpoint Manager, Hewlett-Packard Photosmart, iPod Service.
Exactly WHAT downloads are you trying to get that you cannot?
