Your legal position in this case would be, IMO (IANAL), pretty shaky at
best. He has very carefully avoided making any outright accusations (as
is his habit and wont), instead stating a belief. Add to that his
provable total lack of credibility, and any court in any land would tell
you to **** off and stop wasting their time, although not in such blunt
language.

There may very well come a time when you may be able to do this. My
advice is to hold on to the info until such time. On the other hand, you
could always pass the info on to Malwarebytes, who would definitely IMO
(IANAL) have a much stronger case against him. There's a strong
possibility his slimy insinuations in various NGs has lost them money.
Use what ammunition you have to its best advantage.
