Your legal position in this case would be, IMO (IANAL), pretty shaky at
best. He has very carefully avoided making any outright accusations (as
is his habit and wont), instead stating a belief. Add to that his
provable total lack of credibility, and any court in any land would tell
you to **** off and stop wasting their time, although not in such blunt
    language.

    > That's a very large accusation.

    Nope. Just typical BD innuendo.

There may very well come a time when you may be able to do this. My
advice is to hold on to the info until such time. On the other hand, you
could always pass the info on to Malwarebytes, who would definitely IMO
(IANAL) have a much stronger case against him. There's a strong
possibility his slimy insinuations in various NGs has lost them money.

Use what ammunition you have to its best advantage.

There are more ways than one to skin a cat, y'know.

Excellent advice. I think the indirect approach is much more viable, and
    probably infinitely more entertaining <g>

So why is there a big ****ing green button on their main page with the
words: 'Buy Now - Just $24.95'?

Your slimy innuendo and insinuation could easily have cost them money. It
also might have caused someone to have their machine still infected
because they took your sliminess, innuendo and insinuation as gospel and
*not* used MBAM, either bought or free, for fear that it might further
    infect their system.

A nice ****ing double whammy for BD.

You, of course, don't have to worry, do you? (being a non-Windows,
    Linux, fellow!)

How many computer users do you think monitor these newsgroups before
finding the Malwarebytes URLs? Next to zero, I suspect!

Yah know, the old "follow up every ~BD~ poast with a personalized ~BD~
FAQ (with cites) by more than one person would stifle his ass fairly
well. He might consider it "cyberstalking", but what could he do? The
"Clean Hands" principle would shoot his ass out of the water.
