Best guess it SpyBot is flagging tweaks you would have to add to the ignore list.
Before you do that you would need a complete HJT or OTL log analysed.

Same goes for the above, you need the CLSID or BHO looked at, based on what you've posted, I can't
determine from where I sit if it's legit or not.
SpyBot still runs a Malware removal board, they are as qualified as anyone !

You mention Win 2K and Win 98, those of both exposed OS due to age, regardless of what protection
you throw at them. Just an observation based on experience.
