It doesn't work like that.
When you post a public message, it is a message broadcast to the public
for public consumption. Anyone can comment on it - how it is a stupid
or impertinent question - or what the answer to the question is - or
some other observation about the quality or integrity of your message.
Putting someone's name or handle in the subject or 'at' function does
not construct a 'wall' around your message restricting it to just that
name or handle's attention.
