I lost the thread where someone mentioned the hpHOSTS file. I'm not sure if
it was here or in one of the virus groups. It's only been 2 or 3 days ago.

I decided to download it and give it a try.

No go. I use hostsman and have been using it to turn my hosts file on and
off constantly the last couple of days. When someone mailed me a tinyurl
link today and it blocked *that*, that was the LAST STRAW! I went back to
the MVPS hosts file.

It's overkill.
