    Here is a post below that I made to Mike the other day which contains long senteces

    <snip>

    You are correct in that way. What I posted on the MS servers while it was operational and what I post on the new MS Forums and on other servers is completely different to what I post here on this server and post to BD. I have an huge issue with him and so I continue and will continue to post to him as I am doing now. A few know exactly what he did to me and my family and even if all of you are looking at me with the beliefs that you formed on my persona, I really do not care. This person ( BD) is a real piece of work as far as being a discriminating,forger,liar,back stabber and an all around Troll.
    He has toned down quite a bit since 2005-06 but the damage he did at that time is still lingering and will linger as long there is breath in my body.
    I AGAIN suggest that you should (everyone else also) stay out of this between BD and myself. Outside of the latter you can see my posts when it comes to my postings that do not include this sorry excuse of a human being calling himself as BD or any of the other names he uses on occasions

    And as usual I will continue to post and try to help others with computer related issues as I have been doing since 1993

    <end snip>

    That Western European vs UTF-8 is not the setting that is causing the
    big problem. The big problem is what is seen in the
    Content-Transfer-Encoding header above which says quoted-printable QP.

    In OE, the westerneuropean vs utf8 is set in Tools/ Options/ Send tab -
    International settings button. As far as I'm concerned, I don't care
    what you select in there.

    The part I'm talking about is in: Tools/ Options/ Send tab - News
    Sending Format - click Plain Text Settings button - then Message format
    section has a MIME radio button checked - fine - but in the menu section
    for that MIME is 'Encode text using' in which the options are None,
    Quoted Printable, and Base 64.

    You should have None selected, not Quoted Printable.
