He should, perhaps, have advised - here - that his clients are fully

Surely he must realise that his major corporate customers (whomever they
may be) employ individuals who will have friends and family who use
*personal* computers too. Surely those individuals have a right to be
kept informed of what Microsoft can (and does) provide free of charge?
My understanding is that small businesses can use MSE. Lots more
