Did you follow all of the steps given here?
There is evidence in your log that, at least at one time, you had the Zlob trojan on your system.
I would encourage you to follow all the steps in the link I just gave you, including the online scans, especially Kaspersky. This will not clean but it will give the location of suspicious files.
Please follow all the steps given in the link. When you have completed all of those then run a new HJT scan and post it back here with the AVG anti-spy log.
