    Thinkpoint

    Never saw it before today. And then I had three people come in with it.
    So far Safe Mode Administrator account has gotten around it.

    These software are based upon purchasable "kits". Anyone can shell out the dinero and
    roll their own malware.
    Thus you can expect new ones to just pop-up out of the blue and disappear just about as
    fast.

    not so with this one.
    there's *lots* of info on it and it's a pita.
    mse didn't catch it, nor did superspyware or mbam (mbam was part of the
    fix) though.

    search thinkpoint on google and you'll see how to get rid of it.
