    Microsoft Security Essentials opinion

    Just put on Microsoft Security Essentials-
    took off counterspy-- heard it was very good maleware protector and
    destroyer--
    anyone have an opinion.

    It's decent. No one program will catch them all tho. Keep a copy of SAS
    (Super antispyware) and MBAM (malwarebytes) for an occasional on demand
    scan.

    It is a lousy maleware protector.

    It is a decent anti malware solution.

    I'm using MSE on my Windows machines and so far, so good!

    Remember that MSE is both an anti-spyware *and* an anti-virus programme
    so *do not use another anti-virus programme* at the same time!
