This one above, shows the "Followup-to" as crossposted and the
    "Newsgroups" as a.p.s-e. alone.

....I'm done here...I'm pretty sure nobody really cares about this in
    either group.

You'll be cross with me again now!

I was looking for changes in the 'white' part of the image (viewing
pane?) and not the yellowy-grey part above it! My only excuse is that
I'm becoming less familiar with OE6 as each day passes, but it does
highlight a need for clear explanation as well as clear understanding.

    OT now.

As you've provided an image of your XP screen ......

In the system tray, bottom RH corner, next to the volume icon, there's a
little TV/computer screen which you'll have noticed goes blue whenever
there is activity uploading or downloading. To the rhs there are little
)))'s - have you noticed that sometimes they are white and sometimes green?

I once asked on AumHa why this happened - and was told that it *didn't*
happen by the resident gurus. Someone else eventually posted in my
support and then there was some back-pedaling - but Jim Eshelman was not
a happy bunny to have been 'caught-out' as it were.

I expect some would call that an "idiotic question"!

Just thought I'd share that with you! ;-)

I'm not sure what you mean by this comment. If anything, it stands to
reason the remark I made is more factual than opinion; based on your
    own posting history.

    > I *do* care about FTR's concerns and feelings.

    Sure you do.

You've lied a bit yourself, BD.

Perhaps I misunderstood, Dustin - but you seemed to be saying you *knew*
how FromTheRafters felt about something. Surely that could only have
been supposition on your part, not *the truth* as in "Trust me"!

I realise you are being cynical - but I really *do* care!

You have cited no examples, Dustin, but I'll let that pass.

I've a suspicion you may have missed reading this recent post of mine as
    you did not respond.

I'd changed the 'subject' line in a thread to read ........

*A public apology to Dustin Cook*

You must now decide how you wish to respond. Please pause for a little
thought before jumping straight back into an affray!
