We really need to know what kind of problems you are having before we can offer any help.
Did you complete all the steps here before running your HJT scan?

Most of the programs in the protect yourself from malware sticky are free. What Judy wanted you to do was follow all the steps prior to posting a HJT log in the link she gave you. Also I noticed that you have Zonealarm on your system. When you did an install of this, did you disable your XP firewall?
I also do not see an active virus scanner in your log, unless of course there is one by a name that I am not familiar with.Judy will get back to you on what it is that you should do to help your situation when the time comes. So for now follow what she recommended and start from there.

As Phoenix has stated, everything in the link noted is FREE. We do not tell people to buy anything to fix their computers as we are well aware of the financial limits of most. Everything we recommend has a good reputation and again I note, FREE or at least offer a FREE version.
Phoenix is correct, there is no anti-virus program showing on the system. This is a must. Again, there are many good FREE anti-virus programs available, and there are links here for three of the best.
