What I said was that if you are talking on a cell phone while driving
then you are not a safe driver. I am not going to be distracted from my
initial comment; no matter how many off the wall side comments you decide
to make.

You also made the comparison that listening to music won't cause nearly as
many fatalities. Sounds like it's ok with you to cause SOME fatalities from
listening to music.. just as long as it's not as many as drivers on cell
phones? If you felt that having distractions while driving caused people to
be an unsafe driver, you'd be equally outraged with people who listened to
music because that can cause accidents and deaths too.. just not as many.

Which is it? Are you for being a safe driver or not?

According to published statistics, cell phone driving is just as
dangerous as drunk driving. I don't believe you should be driving drunk
anymore so than talking on the phone while your driving, and
overwhelming evidence supports me on this.

While I agree it is a distraction, it is not the same as talking on a
cell phone. Talking on a cell phone requires more attention than
listening to a radio. as listening doesn't require me to formulate any
responses.

users are responsible for the majority of accidents.

Do you sing with your music? Then your mind is on something else besides
driving.
