What is this junk?

I've been trying to clear Local Setting\temp files and there's about 4 of
them that are in use. "wodABE.tmp" is one of them and the others are
similarly named. Unlocker deleted a couple of them and set the rest of them
to delete on reboot. The ones that were there were gone after reboot but
others took their place. I opened one of them in notepad and below is the
junk that is in it. eBay is referenced in there somewhere and some of the
others have had a lot of eBay references as well. MBam and SpuerAntispyware
are showing me clean. Does this junk make sense to anyone?

Boot into Safe Mode - flush your Temp Internet cache (regardless of Browser)

While there, flush "%temp%" via Run Box (no quotes)

Your Browser and OS are what, btw ?

On reboot the old ones were gone, but there were new ones to replace them.
I was able to delete them with unlocker this time.
I guess I'm not really worried about it, just curious as to why a file with
cached internet content would be active in the temp directory.
