Morphing to evade killfiles is probably a violation of his TOS.

Morphing? I've *always* posted as BoaterDave in one guise or another.

Maybe there would be far less hassle if folk like you either made no
post in response *or*, preferably, engaged in civil conversation instead
    of always being antagonistic.

    Your turn.

Yes, morphing. A quick glance through the last month in this group alone
finds at least the following MORPHS that you have used:

    From: ~BD~ <BoaterDave@hot.mail.co.uk>
    From: ~BD~ <~BoaterDave@hotmail.co.uk>
    From: ~BD~ <.BoaterDave@hotmail.co.uk.>
    From: ~BD~ <BoaterDave@hotmail.co.uk.>
    From: ~BD~ <BoaterDave~no.spam~@hotmail.co.uk>
    From: ~BD~ <Boater.Dave@hotmail.co.uk.>

"in one guise or another" is morphing. But you know that of course.

Maybe there would be far less hassle if *you* didn't seek to antagonize
just about everyone you reply to.

I do! Indeed, I think it was you who explained it. You must admit
though, bts, I've not in any way tried to /obscure/ my identity, like
    some folk posting here.

That is very unfair and not entirely true.

With the exception of the posting entity, Peter Foldes (a really nasty
piece of work - using his own words).

    Maybe it's simply a matter of interpretation of comments made;
kill-filing someone solves nothing at all. If folk cannot conduct a
civil dialogue, even if a point of view is diametrically opposed, then
maybe they shouldn't be using Usenet groups at all.

That's not the point. You keep morphing to escape killfiles. And *that*
is annoying to just about anyone who doesn't want to read your inane
paranoia posts, your stupid cross-posting, nor any of the rest of the
drivel you come up with, which is nearly always antagonistic.

    It is neither of those.

Nobody cares about your and your Peter Foldes war. If you ignored him
and stopped replying to him, he would probably disappear.

Killfiling you is a more-than-adequate solution for a lot of people, yet
you go out of your way to make that nigh onto impossible for them.

    > then maybe they shouldn't be using Usenet groups at all.

Usenet has been around a lot longer than you have .. but you are doing
    your damnest to ruin it.

Obscuring one's identity is neither net abuse nor cause to have one's
account cancelled. Morphing to evade killfiles may not be the former, but it
is certainly the latter--most nntp providers respond to such complaints
    quickly and with definitive action.

So stop morphing, because I have absolutely no qualms about netcopping a
    pissant like you.

Don't threaten. Either do it, or don't!

The alternative, of course, is for you to engage in conversation.

Try it - you might just enjoy it! ;-)

Everyone gets a warning. This was yours.

    With a sophist troll? Hardly.

Killfile works for me. He can only vary his name so many ways and each
time he does it gets added to my killfile.
