I'd like to know if www.spyblaster.com is 'genuine' or if it is another
'rogue' scamware/scareware.
Does anyone here know? It seems to be a play on Spyware Blaster

No. I believe I examined that software sometime ago. I'm not interested
in doing it again nor sharing the results.

Emsisoft doesn't appearto be too fond of it:
http://www.emsisoft.com/en/malware/?...n32.Spyblaster
It seems some people are confusing it with Spyware Blaster.

I assumed BD was taking advantage of a typo. He's the sort who would go for
spelling or grammar lames, so it came as no suprise.

So - you are throwing your toys out of the pram?
You said "Too bad it's a freeware app and it's author doesn't have the
financial backing to sue you for slander. The app is legit, it's
author is legit and it's been around for years."
That was *incorrect* information! (based on wrong product identity)
It was an error - a mistake. Everybody makes mistakes. It's no big deal.
It's never too late to correct that mistake. Folk will think more of
you, not less, if you do so!

It's OK to be mistaken!
Try here: http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/
It looks as if Emsisoft is down completely
BUT
Emisoft is up!
Spelling error/typo by JD? (extra 's')
