Weird how, and popping up what?
Did you run all the steps here first? This is required before we can even begin. You also have HJT running from a temp folder and this too is a no-no.
Please read and follow ALL of the steps from the link above then run a new HJT scan from a properly located HJT. Post back here with that new log and also the log from AVG Anti-spy.

Where is the AVG Anti-spy log that I also asked for?
Did you run ALL the steps in the link I gave you? You do have malware on the computer. So run this step and then Please follow ALL the steps in the link I gave you, including the online scans, Kaspersky especially. It will NOT fix anything but will give you a log of items found. We need that log and also the AVG Anti-spy log. Please run that in safe mode as directed and have it fix anything found.

But first of all do this;

Please download VundoFix.exe to your desktop.

• Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
• Put a check next to Run VundoFix as a task.
• You will receive a message saying vundofix will close and re-open in a minute or less. Click OK
• When VundoFix re-opens, click the Scan for Vundo button.
• Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
• You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
• Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
• When completed, it will prompt that it will shutdown your computer, click OK.
• Turn your computer back on.

Then follow ALL of the steps here in the manner stated.
Post back here with the AVG log, the Kaspersky log and a NEW HJT log. Please attach the logs with your next post.

My mother will not allow me to download anything on to this computer, so I'm having to go back to my house tonight, download the executables, and install them via data disk onto her computer.

As for the AVG, I don't think she will let me put another AntiVirus.

Is AVG better than Norton Antivirus?

The AVG program requested is NOT an anti-virus program, it is an anti-spy program which WILL remove trojans. There is at least one trojan on the system and very often if one can be seen there are others which cannot be seen without using the programs specified. The AVG Anti-spy program will also need to be updated after download and install.
As for not downloading programs, then why is BitTorrent on the system. This is a file sharing program....BearFlix is a video download program, iTunes is a music download program.

If you can not download these clean up programs requested then there is no way to rid the computer of these trojans, viruses and spyware.

If that is the case then the only other option is for you to reformat the computer. If you would like instructions on how to do this I will be happy to provide them.

You should begin by backing up anything you wish to keep and not lose during reformat. You can back them up to a cdr and then reload them later after the reformat. Be sure that you have all the disks which came with the computer as you will need these when you reload the system.
