Question:
Were your messages "posted" at spywarepoint.com by each of you ?
If not, how did they get there ?

IMHO the site "zwarezsite dot com" should be blocked.

Typically you would enable *all* protection _unless_ the addition is
causing some
site(s) issues, you would need to exclude that addition.
