    Freenet

While I've read up on it a bit, I don't see anything about whether it's
"safe" or not. Has anyone here had any experience with it or have any
    comments about it?

No experience with this P2P, info >

I'd go with the latest build of uTorrent

There seems to me to be no comparison between the two.

This is about the best I could find for now, how reliable this information is...

    <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_BitTorrent_clients>

Freenet is not listed, unless you are willing to edit the Wiki page, there will
    be no comparison.

But that's what I'm saying: Freenet isn't really a BitTorrent client, even
if they do have certain features in common.

I'd agree with your assesment. the latest build of utorrent is
impressive; Now it includes more cache information from the trackers; you
can see how many times each tracker has confirmed a complete download.
    Pretty nice.

It seems alot like the waste network... Except for outright duplication
    aspects.

I really do not know much about this other than it offers P2P, whatever else is there
to read and decide if that is what they want, I'll stick with uTorrent *less* Ask.Com !

I installed it, it runs as a service and you use your browser to connect
to it... I didn't like it.. from what little navigation I was able to do,
it had porn, fetish, and various things like that mostly.
