    I guess with the new Intel Duo in the mac, it makes the mac more versitile.

    so with the approriate drivers, does this mean that mac OS can be installed on a pc?
    back from hiatus.

    NO...MacOS can NOT be installed on a mac...yet...but Windows can be installed on a Mac....

    Core2 wipes the floor with anything AMD right now including heat dissapation.

    Yeah, that's def. the truth. The only reason I don't switch...I don't have the $$ too at the moment...I built mine in Feb and can't justify a new on yet..

    so right now, the inhel processors are better for laptops?

    what about desktops?

    Inhel is better in everything, as long as it is core Duo...

    I haven't gotten to use a core duo processor yet, I think we have one or two in the office now tho.

    I would love to TRY one...just to see how good it is...but I know that they have KILLER L2 cache...most AMD have about 512k-1MB, but Core Duo's usually have between 2-4MB...
