Ok,
First of all go to Start, Control Panel, Add/Remove and look for the following;
WinAntiVirus Pro 2006
If you find it, Uninstall it. If you don't see it there, don't worry about it now.
Next go to My Computer, "C" drive, Program Files, Common Files, and look for WinAntiVirus Pro 2006. IF you find it, Delete it. If you don't don't worry about it now.
Run HJT again and put checkmarks next to the following entries;
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {57E218E6-5A80-4f0c-AB25-83598F25D7E9} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\hmwdbsvx.dll (file missing)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {71E5B32B-9F22-47AD-9704-20C92DF1C101} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\mllmk.dll (file missing)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ERS_check] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\WinAntiVirus Pro 2006\ers_startupmon.exe"
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [DC6_check] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\WinAntiVirus Pro 2006\dc6_startupmon.exe"

Once you have placed the checkmarks then click the FIX button.
Exit HJT.
Reboot.
Run HJT again and post the log here.
