....so disabled it and and enabled the Guest account for when using the
internet instead. Apart from having to switch accounts for different
purposes Guest account is way more secure than that UAC abortion, right?
In Guest account nothing can write to anywhere on the HDDs except the
Guest folder.
UAC was preventing me from auto-loading Ray Adam's ATI Tray Tools so UAC
just had to go. I installed it on Vista32bit too an dit seemed to
auto-oad fine there but now UAC has decided it wants to block it from
auto-loading so it asks me if I am sure I want to unblock it everytime
Vista loads. Looks like I will have to disable UAC there and enable
Guest account too. UAC was just not well thought out at all and slows
productivity down. How the **** is that an improvement? I always have
ran XP with limited account so for people like me UAC was never needed
in the first place.
