| rename; mbam-setup.exe to cisz.com
| and then run cisz.com to install Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.

| C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
| COPY; mbam.exe to mbam.com

| update and then execute a quick scan.

Not sure if it will help in her situation. It is good for when the name is blocked but
MBAM.COM is not a good rename because it still has 'MBAM' in it. For the block from
running problem renaming completely away from MBAM to something else like ROBIN.COM is
OK.
