i was infected with the antivirus xp spyware.
i have cured it by downloading and running superantispyware from
http://www.superantispyware.com/supe...freevspro.html
after this my .exe files would not work but i followed the
instructions on http://www.adamsdvds.co.uk/tutorials...ot_working.php
and now everything is back to normal with no infection!
