    Copy and paste a start up entry [ie - NDSTray.exe ] into the Search Box and you will see if it needs to run at start up.

    Do not untick anything under the Services Tab in msconfig.
    Use just the Start up Tab.
    Any changes made under the Start up tab in msconfig - can be undone if needed.
