Hi - I am not a Hjt log expert but I offer these suggestions.
You have McAfee and WebRoot security installed.
Is WebRoot their Anti-Virus, Spyware program?
If yes - McAfee - WebRoot will conflict with each other as they try to read and protect your system.
Start up 04 in your log - too many programs are running at start up.
Do not use Hjt log to remove these.
Check.
