"messages" from ISP

Hi, thanks for your replies.

Here are some updates:
- The "Announcement: A Message From Your ISP" that they added new phonelines is still up as of this moment.
- I use a dial-up line
- I don't usually remove cookies
- The message still comes out every "click" - I have to click the link on top again to go to the desired webpage

Will call them up again, getting very annoyed.

A concern is - I pass through the "announcement" when I log in here, then click to continue, are they able to get my info. by doing so?

When you do be sure to tell them exactly what ~TL told you to say...tell them you are going to dump them if they do not correct this. Do they say WHY? you are receiving these pop-ups? Who exactly is your ISP?

Judging from their reply, I think ISP had already received a lot of complaints for their clients, they say its for announcement purposes and would remove it in a few days (I hope)

I right click the mouse and here are some info. on the page. Firefox block site is on but page still appears. Thanks.
