Thank you for the help you give to others.
I had two questions about completeing the steps before requesting help.
Do you boot in safe mode at step 1 or step7?
At which step do you disable the system restore? Is this done after step 8?
I have never had a P2P account.
I'm not sure what cracked software is.
I have the four logs requested but want to make sure I followed the
procedures correctly before posting them.
