Hi and welcome - I am not a Hjt log expert, our log expert has not logged on for some time.
But I offer this suggestion.
You are still using Internet Explorer v6.00.
It is full of security holes - update asap to IE 7 or IE 8.

oh i use google chrome actually. Should i just uninstall the others?

Hi - you cannot, should not uninstall IE 6 - it is a part of the operating system.
Using Chrome is Ok but I would still update to IE 7 or 8 - just to have IE updated.

As I said - I'm not a Hjt log expert and not really allowed to comment on your log.
But no obvious infected files stand out.

You have SuperAntiSpyware installed - I'd also download MalwareBytes.
