I have a Dell XPS M1330. Running Vista Home Premium I cannot conntect to the internet. I have downloaded the drivers from the Dell website but when I go to install them a little DOS window popps up and the install is cancled. One I start the trobleshooting option it shows that the Network Diagnostics Policy Service is not running.
When I try to start the service it just times out. I am an adminstrator and I have ran the ATF Cleaner, MBAM and WMSRT both found nothing. I have attached the HJT log.
