    Need Major Computer Help

I just got this computer from my aunt a couple days ago. i think that its infected with virus's or whatever. im wanting to buy stuff online for my truck but i dont feel safe using my credit card on this computer. anyways one of the problems is it is lagging REALLY bad sometimes and is just all around slow.another is it randomly freezes on me. and sometimes when it starts up it just freezes on me. another problem is before i system restored it kept saying hard drive was missing. wouldnt let me open anything. anyways i just want my computer running correctly and without having to worry about getting my credit card info stolen.
ive been told to post my hijackthis log on here so here it is.

Hi I am not a Hjt log expert and not really allowed to comment.
But as you have not had an answer to your post for some days...

You do not have an installed and running Anti-virus program running.
McAfee is listed in Trusted Zones and you once had their Site Advisor installed.

Install a new Anti-virus program and update it and then scan your Pc.

Hopefully our Hjt log expert will soon check your Hjt log.

Have you installed a new Anti-virus program?
The longer without one – you will become infected.

Have you updated your Malwarebytes program and scanned your pc with it?

    Download - http://www.superantispyware.com/
    D/load - update – scan you pc.

Also run an online scan – just as another virus check.
    http://housecall.trendmicro.com/uk/

D/load Ccleaner – to clean out all temp files etc
Best not to use the Registry cleaner.

Lets us have some pc specs.
Hard drive size – free space?
    Installed Ram. etc
